Biography
Prior to immigrating back to South Africa five years ago, Gavin lived with his family in Israel studying to eventually be ordained as a rabbinical judge. Concurrently to that, Gavin obtained a B.Comm(Economics) from UNISA and graduated Cum Laude in 2005. Gavin and his family returned back to South Africa shortly after the 2007/8 financial crises and after a brief stint in teaching, entered the auctioneering industry specializing in retail and commercial property.
In these three years, Gavin's knowledge and experience of property in general and retail and commercial property in particular grew tremendously and was further enhanced by establishing personal relationships with a growing group of high net worth individuals, attorneys, financial institutions as well as most of the listed property funds. Gavin is married with three boys and lives in Johannesburg.
